x264参数请教! 相关最新版x264参数的使用~

480x270是mod 64的，即使YUV紧密排列，各自都是对齐到mod16的，我实在想不出效率差在哪里了？

1、想问下是否有必要使用最新的x264及参数？像Megui里的：

2、level参数不是太了解，能否给讲解下，设高设低有什么区别，当然是在设备允许播放的level内。

3、能否推荐一下最新x264适合PSP、iphone的参数，还是megui已经给出了最合适的参数，不需要再参数上花心思了。

题外：MeGUI最近都不怎么更新了，咋回事？我现在的core是0.3.1.1056，应该是最新了吧。
